So even though fall is here, I still find myself craving the flavors of a peachy cocktail!  With our recent fall meal of Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with toasted Garlic Bread, I also served this delicious and refreshing beverage! The tea really is a good balance to the sweetness of the schnapps and the sparkler so it is not an overly sweet cocktail.  I hope you enjoy!

Also, I am going to be doing a series of Caramel Apple Treats in October! Tonight I am making some Caramel Apple Ice Cream and will let you know if it turns out or not! Meanwhile…enjoy this cocktail and have a fabulous weekend!

serves 2

  • 3 oz Vodka
  • 3 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 4 oz Fresh Brewed Ice Tea
  • 4 oz Peach Cider or any peach sparkling beverage that you can find
  • 8-10 big Ice Cubes

First step is to brew some ice tea.  You can also purchase ice tea if you like, but it s really easy to make your own and you can then use whatever flavor of tea bags you like and make some very tasty combinations!  I used 4 green tea bags and also 3 peach tea bags and flavored the tea with 2 Tbls of honey.

Once your Tea is ready, put 4-5 big Ice Cubes in each Glass and add your Spirits on top of the ice.

Now add in your Peach Sparkler and Iced Tea on top of the Alcohol and stir to mix.  I used a Bundaberg Peachee sparkler that I found at World Market and it was truly delicious!

An easy simple Cocktail with really good flavors and not too sweet!  Enjoy!

Happy Peachee Cocktailing!
